Infrared Outdoor Sauna
Isness is beyond excited to offer clients the opportunity to experience the sensation and healing effects of its private Infrared Outdoor Sauna. The Sauna is set in a tranquil location – complete with a cold water outdoor shower, if you wish to freshen up before/after your session.
Infrared saunas are different to traditional saunas in that they raise the body temperature directly, rather than heating the air. Traditional saunas can be uncomfortable and difficult to breathe in – infrared saunas have lower temperatures and are a more comfortable alternative, directly heating the body’s deeper tissues.

The sauna can comfortably accommodate 2 people (3-4 people if you know each very well!!!!).
Half Hour – $40 (includes 30min use of the sauna and the outdoor shower). Each additional person is $15
Combine with a 30min relaxation massage – $90 (one person)
Combine with a 1 hour relaxation massage – $135 (one person)
(towels are provided)
